After Hours Service

Here at Hy-Flow, our clients are our priority.  We want to offer the best possible service and give our clients peace of mind that, not only will they receive prompt and efficient service, but quality workmanship in all areas of plumbing and gas fitting.

To ensure this goal is achieved I would like to introduce our after hours service.  We have an afterhours number installed.  Our office phone is diverted to this number and answered by Link Communications 24 hours a day 7 days a week.  Their trained staff ask each caller a list of preset questions.  These details are then sent to our pager which the on-call plumber carries with him at all times.  

You will receive a GUARANTEED call back within 15 minutes of the details being given to Link. Our on-call plumber determines while talking to the caller what the problem is and arranges an urgent call out. It?s as simple as that!

Not only is this an efficient system but it also gives our clients peace of mind, knowing that any problem or emergency will be fixed any time day or night.

By having our office number diverted to this after hours system our clients only ever need to know one phone number.
