Large Project Division

Here at Hy-Flow, it is our goal to be the company that offers everything to our client. We have two divisions to the business, maintenance, which you have previously read about, and our team of tradesmen that work on large projects. These projects range from the replacement of large stormwater or sewer drains,  renovations to existing properties, to the construction of new homes, apartment blocks, warehouses and factories.

Hy-Flow have a number of builders that we work with creating new properties.

On the following pages are some examples of these works.

Project example: Complete home

This home has been awarded the title of, Winner - 2006 Master Builders Association Best Quality Finished Project in Victoria for Portsea Hy-Flow in conjunction with builder Focus Building Services, Licensed Builders and Carpenters with over 20 years experience, and other contractors, have created this wonderful home.

Hy-Flow's plumbers have installed all facets of plumbing for this project, from planning this home?s plumbing requirements to connecting each tap, each down pipe and each gas point.

During planning it was important to Daniel that the owners every requirement was achieved.  Part of this was ensuring this home never runs out of hot water.

Project example: Drainage, storm water replacement

Of all the infrastructure systems on which our society depends upon, no other system is more important than the water delivery and wastewater handling infrastructure.

Recently Hy-Flow's plumbers have been working at The Necropolis Crematorium and Cemetery Springvale, installing and upgrading the storm water drains at the complex.

Hy-Flow use PVC pipe when installing drainage at a new property or replacing existing pipe work.  PVC has a proven durability over other products in today's environmental conditions.

Part of the scope of works required at The Necropolis Crematorium and Cemetery Springvale, was to ensure the resting places of many beloved family members be treated with the utmost care, and that the many historic trees and roses at the property were not damaged. Hy-Flow's excavator contractor ensured the required trenches were dug to specification, and that the integrity of each grave site was upheld.

This project includes 3 shops on the ground level and 12 apartments above.
